As my first time buying from this dealership I can sum it up in one word.....Professionalism ! I worked with him for several weeks trying to track down a specific vehicle for my needs and he always stayed in contact with me when something became available. Although I was in the market for a new Ram 1500 after driving the new Durango R/T I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Process was very straight forward and vehicle price and trade appraisal was very fair. I would definitely recommend Lew to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with him. Upon taking delivery of my new vehicle Lew noticed something not right with the tail lamps. Unfortunately I was unable to take vehicle home due to safety issue involved.He did not hesitate to provide me with an alternate vehicle until the service department could diagnose the next day. Tyler Ramsey was also a pleasure to work with as soon as he diagnosed the issue with my new Durango he also did not hesitate to provide me with an alternate vehicle until the parts needed arrived a couple days later. Tyler actually came in on a Saturday morning to assist with the repair himself so I could start enjoying my new vehicle right away. By these two individuals going out of their way to accommodate me made what could have been a very bad buying experience into a positive one. I look forward to working with Tyler in the future with all my vehicle maintenance. More

After several issues with my (2011) vehicle over the past four months I have become quite discouraged with the manufacturer and their ability to put reliable vehicles on the road. With that being my sole opinion, I have to say that the challenges from this vehicle have in large part been overshadowed by this dealership and the amazing service staff. I (unfortunately) have had the honor of working with and around just about all of these individuals and all of them are consistently solid regarding customer service, communication, reliability and proactive updating. While I am very disgruntled with the manufacturer, I am feeling much better about this dealership and the service staff...They have taking a rotten series of circumstances and managed to turn them into a positive experience. If anyone is putting stock in the dealership they work with when making a large purchase I strongly urge you all to consider "Crown" as they truly go above and beyond for clients....A very special thank you to Dustin Litteral for his professionalism and courteous service towards my situation(s). If not for Crown and Dustin, I would be on a complete warpath! More

I drive to Crown to have my car serviced - that’s a significant statement, as it’s approximately 40 miles each direction… and I drive right past 3 other Dodge dealers on my way. In addition to my feelings that Crown is very fair in pricing, and does an excellent job in maintaining my vehicle …– my loyalty is due to one individual, in particular. Ty Ramsey, my Service Manager in the Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealership. Ty is friendly, amicable and helpful. He is consistently attentive and quick to return a call or e-mail when I have a question. When updates are needed, I do not have to make any inquiries – he is quick to send me an e-mail or call with updates on the status of my vehicle when it is in his care. As someone who manages people in a customer-focused business, I can tell you how rare people like Ty are. I wish I had a whole team of people who care as much about their customers as Ty cares about his. We recently made our second purchase from Austin Walden at Crown Chrysler Dublin. We stopped at this dealership a couple of years ago just to look, with no intention to buy. A couple hours later, we were driving home a brand new Jeep Liberty. Austin made buying my Liberty so easy. He took us on a test drive, spent time showing us all the cool features, and put the numbers together to make it happen. Ty and Dustin in the service department have also been excellant to work with and whenever I'm there for service, Austin always stops by the waiting room to say hello and see how things are going. A couple of months ago my husband decided that he wanted a new truck. He has always been a diehard Chevy man, but wanted to check out other options. We visted Austin and again he took us on a test drive and spent time showing us everything the Ram 1500 had to offer. After checking out several other truck brands, we returned to Crown to purchase the Ram 1500. I never thought it would happen, but Austin was able to convert my husband from Chevy to Ram. He absolutely loves his new truck! Austin is an awesome salesman! He is friendly, knowledgeable, low pressure and has a passion for his products and customers. I also want to thank sales manager Neal and Finance Manager Terry for a great experience and getting us the best deal! We are very satisfied with service we receive from everyone at Crown and highly recomend this dealership! More
