Most confusing car purchase i have ever done. Salesman Tyler was knowledgeable and effective, It was down hill from there, the finance man was rude and condescending. I don't feel he adequately explained the numbers at all. I had to ask him for my bill of sale and other papers, he was sending me home empty handed. When car arrived from Jim Butler Centralia mo...the A/C wasn't working. There was no freon and this is a new car. I'm sure many people had been involved with this car at this point and no one knew it was 90 degrees plus... So a courier brought it to the house after it was fixed, when he took dealer plates off, there were no temp tags ( could this be the responsibility of fiance guy, i think so) so courier had to go back to dealership to get such tags. So that is the explanation why they got such a low rating. More

This dealer with add a 2% “dealer reserve” to your financing rate and not tell you. And when you ask questions,your made out to be an idiot. Tarah a finance manager wove such a web of fast talking xx. financing rate and not tell you. And when you ask questions,your made out to be an idiot. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to Start the paperwork on a shorter term lower percentage finance rate she just did it. I was held over a barrel because I already got rid of my old car otherwise I would’ve walked. To top it off, she acts like you’re just wasting her time When you turn down all the warranties. Sales kid was nice good kid. There’s a lot of other dealers in this town avoid This one. More

Bought a new truck that had a paint chip and a door ding brought in to have fixed and no rental or loaner. Dropped off on a Friday they called Wed to say vehicle was done. Also the service writer said the vehicle would be kept inside which was comforting because that was the night of the bad storms. Went and washed vehicle only to find hail damage. Don't think I'll buy another vehicle from Jim Butler More
