Dealership was very busy and it took some time before I was notified of the problem I mentioned. But it did involve frozen snow that needed melting before seeing if they could fix or order parts. Dealership makes changes even when promised something during sale. Was promised life long $11.95 oil changes and they removed that promotion because it wasn't 'benefiting the business'. I believe the bus during sale. Was promised life long $11.95 oil changes and they removed that promotion because it wasn't 'benefiting the business'. I believe the business should stick to their word. I find this dealership to be deceitful, untrustworthy, and dishonest. My family was planning on buying a new SUV, was originally going to come here for a 25/26 Palisade. This whole experience with the oil change price change is forcing us to have to buy from a different dealership. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I will be spreading word of my experience to other family, friends, colleagues, and social media. More
