HORRIBLE!!! I live 10 minutes away but will NEVER bring my truck here again! Dropped off at 8am for scheduled appointment and NO communication through out the day! It’s now 6:30pm and no one in service kno my truck here again! Dropped off at 8am for scheduled appointment and NO communication through out the day! It’s now 6:30pm and no one in service know anything! Telling me that whoever handled my truck has left for the day! Really? I need my vehicle for work in the a.m. Will definitely be going back to Koons!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED More
