Just picked up a GLE 350 from RBM - Alpharetta. Vadim Russu was my salesman and my wife and I could not be more pleased. As a mid 60 year old gentleman, I have purchased my share of vehicles for myself, Russu was my salesman and my wife and I could not be more pleased. As a mid 60 year old gentleman, I have purchased my share of vehicles for myself, my wife and two kids. Vadim was the best, by far, as he was professional, a great listener, not pushy, told me what he liked, and his honesty in what he did not like. My wife and I were joking on the way to see him about the different car salesmen we have worked with over the years. This was a completely different story from those. We now are a two Mercedes family. Why RBM? My other Mercedes is an E 350. Just after the warrantee expired, the transfer case starting whining. Even out of warrantee,RBM replaced it charging me a few hundred dollars instead of the thousands that it could have been. That is a great dealer, supporter and partner. More

My mom and I inquired about a 2018 Glc... the internet salesman did not get back with me the next about the vehicles availability. We decided to go check the car out on our own. When we noticed the car wa salesman did not get back with me the next about the vehicles availability. We decided to go check the car out on our own. When we noticed the car was still on the lot... we requested the internet salesman assistance. The salesperson helping us told us that salesman was busy and that he would assist. We approached the car and I noticed the salesman didn’t hand my mom the keys. Not sure why, but one could insinuate a few things especially when he didn’t explain his actions. We test drove the car in silence. He didn’t give us any information about the car or anything. We felt we were on his time and that we were wasting his time. We left with a horrible experience... it’s rare that we run into car salesmen that don’t offer business cards or anything. We decided to Buy from Mercedes Buckhead. Not sure what their issue was... but they lost a sale because the service was HORRIBLE. More
