Vadim is easily the best salesman we have every worked with. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, transparent, and answered any questions we had directly or quickly obtained information needed with. Without a doubt, this was the most seamless and stress-free purchase we have ever made. I highly recommend RBM in Alpharetta to anyone looking for a fair price and efficient process. Vadim was incredibly responsive to all my answers, and worked ever issue to insure customer satisfaction and happiness. Vadim was phenomenal in follow up, and instruction on different operational aspects of the car. Vadim was personable, easy to be with, just everything you want ! Couldn't ask for more. We have purchased from three other Mercedes dealers in the Atlanta area. This was far and above the BEST experience. Tom Ahern in Finance was awesome as well. Super nice, efficient, and concise. Elisabeth Sexton has the laborious task of teaching a "techy" car to us. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She relays the in and outs of the new technology cars making it look easy and completely manageable. She was a dream to work with. More
