We’ve been Tulley BMW customers for a long time and always had an outstanding experience. It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continu always had an outstanding experience. This time was a bit different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST! We’ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman. We really enjoyed working with you! Thank you, Tulley BMW and Tulley GMC, once again for making our car purchase experience so pleasant!! (I am not sure how many people can say that) More

They act like they are the only place with cars- tried to rip me off on my trade in. Also the whole back and forth to the manager is so dated and obvious crap! Our salesman was ok but then when it took forever to get our car because of a dealership error he was quite rude. He basically called me to tell me that he deserved a really good rating and that I should give him one even though it had been one cluster after another and he talked to me very condescendingly I was not impressed they act like they’re a family dealership and that you get extra special attention that’s just garbage. There are 1 million BMWs out there that you can find. I suggest you look elsewhere. More

I had a horrible experience with Val the general manager he was rude. I told him I have bought several vehicles from the tully group and he argued with me that I didn't and when I raised my voice and was up he was rude. I told him I have bought several vehicles from the tully group and he argued with me that I didn't and when I raised my voice and was upset he looked into it and then he apologized after he was already rude and upset me he treated me like a second class citizen and I was upset I'm a 60-year-old man that has worked my whole life and all I want is a little respect and he gave me none he was rude and I don't know about his upbringing of treating people in this country. I served my country honorably and I respect my country and the people in it that work hard. Then he told me that I was not allowed in his dealership as long as he's a general manager after I have bought brand new vehicles from tally GMC and I have never had a problem until dealing with this rude individual he needs a lesson on treating people I don't know who he thinks he is. But somebody needs to let him know that he was insulting and people are not going to put up with his attitude he will push business away with his attitude. And yes he upset me and I raised my voice with good reason he insulted me and basically called me a liar arguing with me of the amount of vehicles I bought new from the company then he realized he screwed up after he upset me then he turned it around on me . I will never go back to Tully as long as Val goldenberg is present. More
