I have purchased other vehicles in the past and I did not receive the level of service and professionalism and kindness that I do at Kundert. I had brought my car in for brake repair and was quoted a price. Upon checkout, my service tech., Pete Pesce reviewed my bill with me and informed me that he had applied a 15% discount to my bill which actually brought the total cost for my repair below what I had anticipated. I found that to be exceptional customer service and was very pleased. I was also very pleased with the timeliness at pickup as they had my car ready in minutes! More

The entire experience from beginning to end was everything I could have hoped for. As we went through the process of choosing the vehicle and discussing the price, Kundert was very responsive and everything I could have hoped for. Once I had decided to move forward with Kundert, I visited the dealership to close the deal. The staff there was incredibly helpful and professional. Billy Jr, Erin, and Van gave the most outstanding service and provided the most pleasant experience I could have hoped for. Billy Jr was very responsive, creative, and competitive when we were discussing the purchase price. Erin surprised me by going the extra mile to get a better financing rate than we had agreed to. Van spent tons of time with me educating me about operating the car and all the ins and outs of the systems. Hands down, I would recommend Kundert with the highest praise! More

I have purchased Volvos from Kundert for about 30 years. The sales people have always been friendly and helpful as have the service advisors. I'm writing this today about my service and repair of last week The sales people have always been friendly and helpful as have the service advisors. I'm writing this today about my service and repair of last week, ending 8/2/13. My car showed a low oil warning light, so I called Pete Pesce in service. He advised me to check the oil and add oil if needed while at the same time we scheduled regular maintenance with an eye on the oil problem and 2 other small issues I had. I dropped the car off, got a much needed loaner and waited for the prognosis. It was a major repair which they went to work on while promising to keep me in the loop. Pete went over and above with his great service to me. When I mentioned I needed the car in 3 days to leave on a family vacation, he dug right in telling me they would do everything in their power to get us the car asap. Pete also said he would do all he could to get me a larger loaner for the trip if necessary. I was relieved he understood my situation and felt I had a "friend" helping me out in a pinch.
