My experience was very good. I was well informed about problem issues with my 2001 MDX (532,000 plus miles). After discussing details with representative parts were ordered and work completed to my satisf problem issues with my 2001 MDX (532,000 plus miles). After discussing details with representative parts were ordered and work completed to my satisfaction. In addition, vehicle was washed/cleaned very good. My review interior mirror was very loose, however someone tighten/fixed it, and now does not turn downward when going over a bump. I'm noting this because I did not indicate any problem with this item - bottom line this impressed me, in addition the work performed was excellent and individuals I spoke to were very patient and polite. Good name - Courtesy Acura. More
