Velko and Clara were both very friendly and very responsive when we needed anything. My wife drove 2 hours from Greenville to test drive the QX50 and we decided to buy it a few days later. Velko helped me purchase my vehicle all the way from San Diego. He was so incredibly communicative, always kind and generous with his time to help me with a purchase 2500 miles away. Velko kept the transaction moving, answering all my questions and pointing out the car's features, many of which I never would have dreamed of. We had a great rapport, and there wasn't any pressure.
