I have mixed emotions about my visit. Originally I spoke with Jason. I did the credit application online to save time. He never called me back. A week in a half later he calls as if I’m a new prospect. I with Jason. I did the credit application online to save time. He never called me back. A week in a half later he calls as if I’m a new prospect. I tell him I already did an app and was waiting on a call back. He then urges me to come in that evening. I did. When I got there he was gone. I then worked with Layssia. No complaints there. She was friendly and fast! I appreciate that. The only annoying part is when I was scheduled to pick up the car(paperwork was done days prior) I still had to wait literally 2 hours just for the car to be cleaned. This should have been done already them knowing the date of delivery. Additionally the gave me the truck on E. No gas in it. Very low grade after i just put $4K down on a car the last thing I wanted to hear was that the dealership doesn’t gas up used cars. That ruined my experience and left me feeling very negative. More
