Unfortunately the service department has let me down multiple times. Marcous is a terrible advisor his communication sucks. And my last visit I was concerned about the alignment on the car it was brushe multiple times. Marcous is a terrible advisor his communication sucks. And my last visit I was concerned about the alignment on the car it was brushed off. Went to another place and they said the alignment was off. The steering wheels still isn’t straight when I drive the Jeep but the alignment is now where it should be because of me taking it to another location. In that process the detail service team scratched my wheels when they cleaned it. And I didn’t bring it up because I’ve been let down way too many times and I’m done with CDJR service department! Now I have to take my wheels somewhere to get the scratches buffed out that your team caused. And I have photos to prove it with the time stamp and date. More
