It’s easiest 5 stars I ever give! Simply say after spending whole week to schedule appointment with multiple Ford locations all over Chicago, Nails, Melrose Park and Libertyville. Arlington Heights Ford after I call Friday August 27. 2021 at 8:30 they with out hesitation take me in. They told me I be waiting 1 1/2- 2 hours and 40 minutes later oil change was done. I own a GMC. I used to go to the GMC dealer across the street. But when I called to schedule service, they informed me that their workers were on strike. They suggested I go to you guys because you were h street. But when I called to schedule service, they informed me that their workers were on strike. They suggested I go to you guys because you were helping them with their service calls. I thought that alone was nice of you guys. Then I went there, the customer service was great, my car was serviced well and I found that the price was reasonable too. I’ve decided that I will continue to go there for my car’s service needs.
