I have appreciated Handys Service Centers , but Ill avoid the downtown location. Other locations have a bay you drive into and staff meet you there, this location was a bit confusing on how to access it for the downtown location. No clear directions on what to do once you entered the parking lot. Totally my fault I didn't have the lug key for a Prius but I was a little surprised a Toyota dealer and service center didn't have a kit to use for airheads like me that forget it. I was also a little bummed there was no coffee in the waiting area, its a small thing but the other Handys service centers I've used it is a nice comfort. Ill use other Handys locations, just not this one. More

A Stellar Service Experience I recently had the pleasure of visiting Handy Toyota's service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was impressed by the f of visiting Handy Toyota's service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was impressed by the friendly and professional demeanor of the staff. The service advisor, Jason, was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the recommended services and answer all of my questions. The service was completed promptly, and I was kept informed throughout the process. When my vehicle was ready, I was provided with a detailed breakdown of the services performed and the total cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing and the overall quality of the work. I've been a loyal customer of Handy Auto for a year, and their service center has always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable automotive maintenance. More
