Great Experience! Will buy again I purchased a 2017 GLS 450 from Gary! Having already attempted to purchase this vehicle from 2 other area Mercedes dealerships with little to no luck I purchased a 2017 GLS 450 from Gary! Having already attempted to purchase this vehicle from 2 other area Mercedes dealerships with little to no luck and poor communication, Gary was a great find! I emailed him and he responded with multiple vehicle options within 10 minutes of my inquiry. He ran the numbers for me and we had the entire deal negotiated via phone/email prior to arriving at the dealership. Once at the dealership everything matched up with what we agreed to over the phone and I was in and out with my new car. Hans, Vijay and Strah were also equally great to work with. I'll be working with Gary and the Knauz team again! More

Excellent, I live in Arizona and buy my cars from Knauz I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get t I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get the part from Germany for there wasn’t one in the USA. Strah was instrumental in procuring the part and MB shipped the part overnight and within 1 day my vehicle was up and running. This expeditious service allowed me to maintain my schedule and return to Arizona, and I might add that this all occurred during the Thanksgiving Holiday week.
