I traded a 2018 Porsche Panamera 4 for a 2018 Mercedes S450 4Matic. This could have been a very difficult and frustrating experience - it was not. Peter showed me the Mercedes and all of its features, his product knowledge and professionalism evident from the moment I met him. Hans made the transaction simple, no snake oil or 4 squares- I believe we both walked away happy. I imagine I will return to Knauz for many future purchases. Would like to take a moment to not only highlight the outstanding staff at Knauz, but also the outstanding purchasing experience my wife and I had. 2 Would like to take a moment to not only highlight the outstanding staff at Knauz, but also the outstanding purchasing experience my wife and I had. 2 days prior to our visit I reached out to Hans the sales manager as I was directed by numerous friends. Being told he is the best in the business, and is key to the Knauz "customer first experience", we just had to give it a try. Not only did Hans respond to my requests on his day off via e-mail, but also made sure that when we did arrive that Friday, the vehicle we wanted to view was available. Upon our arrival I was greeted by Strah, not only is he the MB concierge, but is the technical vehicle specialist. I highly recommend talking with him about all the additional high tech features MB offers, as well as getting some hands on in vehicle demo time with him. He is awesome, knows all the vehicles, and will make sure you know how the features work. This was great in helping to decide what options we wanted in our vehicles. For the sales side, Hans assigned Gary and Josh to my wife and I. We were thrilled to be treated so professionally and honestly by Gary, no reasonable request was refused. He helped guide us through the entire process of purchasing both vehicles, with a refreshing no pressure to buy. Hans was also still checking in on us to make sure all was well. We were not forgotten about, and Hans, Gary and Strah gave us extra time for our drive testing with them. I would also like to note that we had no idea they closed at 6pm, but Hans, Gary, Strah and the finance manager Vijay stayed with us after the doors locked for a bit longer. Each taking some additional time to explain the purchase, financing versus lease, and vehicle status. After closing the dealership, settling on the purchase terms, we had to come back on Monday after the weekend to finalize and take delivery. My wife and I really appreciate the time everyone took to give us such an outstanding experience that day, and staying past close to work with us. As for delivery day, it was flawless, the finance manager Vijay just like the others, was awesome! I can honestly say the best finance person I have experienced. Precise, concise, professional and honest. Line by line, every aspect of the purchase was explained, down to the privacy agreements. Asking to make sure I understood everything, it was very refreshing. Both vehicles were delivered to us in pristine condition, Strah, Josh and Gary spent a tremendous amount of time getting my wife and I setup in the vehicles. Hans also checked in on us time and again to make sure we were all set and excited about our new vehicles. Finally just to add, my wife gave a hug goodbye to everyone that worked with us when we left. I know this might seem really strange, but that says so much about this dealership and the people that work here. Give them a try for your next vehicle purchase, I know you will be treated in the same outstanding manner. More

Having already attempted to purchase this vehicle from 2 other area Mercedes dealerships with little to no luck and poor communication, Gary was a great find! I emailed him and he responded with multiple vehicle options within 10 minutes of my inquiry. He ran the numbers for me and we had the entire deal negotiated via phone/email prior to arriving at the dealership. Once at the dealership everything matched up with what we agreed to over the phone and I was in and out with my new car. Hans, Vijay and Strah were also equally great to work with. I'll be working with Gary and the Knauz team again! More
