I can't say enough good things about my salesman, Paul Kim and tech guru Sam Greenberg! Paul was great when it came to helping me pick out the auto that best fit my needs. No pressure, only informative! After I drove the Mercedes GLE400, I loved it but still needed to test drive a BMW X5 before I was willing to purchase the Benz. Paul made it super easy- he told me and my family to sit back and have some free refreshments while he went over to the Knauz BMW dealership and set me up with a comparable X5 to test drive. I was unable to pick my new car up at the dealership the next day so they delivered it to my home! Sam Greenberg came with Paul and explained how everything in the car worked. Sam was patient and friendly and didn't make me feel embarrassed about asking so many questions. The icing on the cake was when they jumpstarted our CLK that hadn't been used all winter!! I can't say enough good things about my experience at Knauz!! I will be sure to recommend the dealership to my family and friends. Also want to give a shout out to Vijay Zaveri who did a great job at explaining the different Mercedes-Benz service programs/options- Thanks! More

After a lot of research and visits to different dealerships, we kept coming back to Knauz Mercedes. While we were treated well at other North Shore dealerships, our experience at Knauz was the best. In addition to his warmth and enthusiasm, Gary Bogart answered all of our questions with nothing but patience and facilitated the purchase experience. Sam Greenberg knows how all of his vehicles tick and took us through all of the features of our new car in a way that even two technologically-challenged, middle-aged individuals could understand, although we sure that he hasn't heard the last from us as we know that we'll have follow-up questions! We won't be hesitant to contact either of them as they are both very accommodating and up-front about their desire to make sure that we have a terrific buying experience at Knauz. The previous car was a wonderful MDX and now a stunning GLK350 for my wife. Each visit to Knauz has been a good experience. Our salesman for the Mercedes was Paul Kim. I found Paul to be pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. He has a very suitable personality for his line of work. I appreciate his factual common sense no pressure style. After a fair negotiation on price we then worked with Mr. Vijay Zaveri on financing the car. I can't recommend this gentlemen highly enough. He was smart, gracious, and understanding of our needs. He was able to put together a deal for us that exceeded my expectations. Simply a superb gentleman to work with. I also want to thank Sam Greenberg for the wonderful assistance he provided my wife. They did not have the exact car we wanted on the lot, but Dick found one in the area and had it the next day. He had Sam Greenberg walk us through all of the features of our new car, including setting up our phones and contacts, etc. He did a great job. Vijay took care of the financing for us and offered all of the programs that MB provides in a relaxed setting that let us decide, without any undue pressure. All in all, it was a great car buying experience. More
