I went to Knauz thinking I just wanted to see the vehicles in person. I feared I may feel intimidated walking into a Mercedes dealership alone, but I had nothing to fear. I met with Paul Kim, who immediately made me feel at ease. Paul was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He answered all my questions and worked with me to figure a way to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. I felt like we were on the same team working towards a common goal. We recently bought our 9th and 10th Mercedes from Knauz, a 2016 GLC and a 2017 C Class sedan. Dick Bradley has been our Sales Representative since 2004 and it has been a pleasure to deal with him. Dick is a seasoned sales agent who is very well informed on features of the various models. He always acts on our behalf. Current Mercedes have more features since our 1985 model. Sam Greenberg explained a few features that weren't clear from the manuals. We might need Sam's help in the future as we explore our new cars. Vijay Zavery meticulously helped us to complete our documentation and explain the available service options. More

I went on the internet and viewed Knauz inventory and sure enough they had exactly what I was looking for. I made an appointment with Paul Kim who was professional and with no hassle we settled on my trade-in (GLK 350) and price on the GLC. Couldn't be happier with the car and my experience! More

Love my new Mercedes and the Knauz Team! My husband and I came to Knauz after a frustrating experience with another Mercedes dealer. We called Knauz to explore other options and were immediat My husband and I came to Knauz after a frustrating experience with another Mercedes dealer. We called Knauz to explore other options and were immediately dealt with in a fair and transparent manner by the sales manager, Ryan Herbig. The initial sales price given by Mr Herbig was much lower than the quote by the first dealer and the car at Knauz had more options! We were confident from the outset at Knauz that this dealership was where we should buy the car. The salesman we were assigned was Andreas Rehder who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. There was no dickering as Ryan already gave us a very fair price that we felt was discounted to our satisfaction. The trade value of our car was also substantially higher than the prior dealer. The car was delivered the next day with no monkey business in a professional manner. Sam Greenberg, the Mercedes Product Specialist, was very patient and thorough in teaching us how to take advantage of all the advanced technology in the car. He assured us we could call him or return to the dealership at any time for more advanced instruction. We also were comfortable with the low pressure explanation of prepaid maintenance plan and extended warranty by Vijay Zaveri. His professional demeanor was also consistent with everyone else we dealt with at Knauz. In summary, we not only were pleased with a great new car with many state of the art safety features but also a professional and transparent interaction with the dealership. GL450 Purchase My wife and I were looking for a car that would allow us to transport our son and his friends to all of his sporting events. We have been looking for months and were never sold on a car or dealership. That is until we visited Knauz Mercedes. I first went in and Mark Saltzman approached me and helped me out right away. We then scheduled a follow up for my wife and son to come in. Sam Greenberg helped us at the beginning. He made sure the car was ready and the A/C was on. They both were knowledgeable on the GL450. This last week we picked up our new 2016 GLS 350 with the wonderful help of Sani Nasser and Sam Greenberg. Vijay Zaveri handled all of our paperwork. It all went like clockwork, and we couldn't be more pleased. Sam even came to our home today to help with some of the settings of my new car. How amazing to have such personal service!
