A very friendly and professional team including their store manager Hans wo took all the time we needed. We bought the car right there after seeing many other car dealers over a couple months. This was our first Mercedes and we love that car. Outstanding performance and quality. We had at least 15 cars before but the safety Mercedes feels while driving we didn’t see at others. Beside design and quality this was our too top criteria. So over all the best price/ performance we found there. We can highly recommend to try and make your own experience with shopping at Knauz. Last part was delivery and after sales support. They even offered to bring the car FOC and drive it to our home which was far away. We liked to pic it up by ourselves but nice offer. Then we got all kind of hints and instructions over email. Very quick feedback/ communication. More
