Arrived about 10:30 for my 10:40 appointment for a multipoint check. My car was given back to my at about 12:20 PM. In this coronavirus time sitting in a room with 10 plus people migrating in and out for almost 2 hours is unacceptable. Especially,if it is for a auto check up. The paperwork was wrong and slow,too. I watched the mechanic park my car in the parking lot at 11:55AM. My the time customer service got around to me , corrected the paperwork and found my key fob it was 12:20. More
