Vince has been with Flemington Car & Truck Country since 1996. He worked his way up from client advisor to managment, having worked for the company's Cadillac and Chrysler dealerships before joining Flemington BMW in 2012. , when he was 21. Among other positions, he has been a Mazda salesman, a used car manager for Cadillac and finance manager for Chrysler. Originally from Morris County, New Jersey, Vince now calls Forks Township, Pennsylvania home. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, hiking, and bike riding with his two daughters.

Thank you, Flemington BMW I recently purchased a new BMW SUV for my daughter from J.R. Nast at Flemington (New Jersey) BMW. This was honestly the best car buying experience tha I recently purchased a new BMW SUV for my daughter from J.R. Nast at Flemington (New Jersey) BMW. This was honestly the best car buying experience that I have ever had and we have 4 cars in my family. J.R. Nast was my Sales Representative. J.R., his Manager Vince, and Jan were all incredibly customer focused and did everything they could to make this a great car buying experience. I rarely take the time to fill out these surveys but in this case I requested to be given a survey. Here are some of the reasons that I had such a positive car buying experience. First and most importantly... HONESTY!!! Each of the three people that we dealt with were very honest and transparent which rarely happens when you are buying a car. Second, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went after work and the dealership had actually closed while I was there. I did not even know that because no one made me feel rushed. Also, on the evening that we went to pick up the car, it was also late. Most people would have been anxious to just hand us the keys and get home since they already had the sale. Instead, JR took so much time explaining the car to my 16 year old daughter, function by function, and even gave her the offer to come back for a second lesson. He even offered his phone number so that she can call with any questions! Not many dealers do that. There are still features on my Lexus that I have no idea how to use after having my own car for several years as no one took the time to walk through them with me when I bought the car. JR even texted us when we got home to see how we liked the drive. Who does that? The third and final reason that I highly recommend this dealership is how we felt the entire time that we were there.. OVERALL BUYING EXPERIENCE. We were treated with respect, kindness, and like we were friends, not just people who were buying their daughter her first car. I almost forgot my favorite part of the experience.... JR placed a big pink bow on the car and a white curtain around it for the big reveal to my daughter. What a nice gesture from such a kind man which made my daughter's night so special. One last comment... this is our first BMW. The car drives AMAZING!!! Thank you for such a great experience, Flemington BMW. Happy birthday, my sweet Maria. The car was bought with more love than you can imagine :-) May it keep you safe through the next years of your life's journey. More

The lease on my 2014 535i was coming due and I was notified by Flemington that they could get me into a new lease early. I replied to the email and received a response from Chris Leahy. We set up a time for me to come in and review my options and go over what vehicles were available. After looking at what was in stock I didn't see anything I was interested in. Chris advised he would do a search to see if any vehicles with the equipment I wanted was either do in or at another dealer where he could obtain the vehicle. After a day Chris located a vehicle at the port with the equipment I wanted and advised he could have the vehicle in a few days. I returned to Flemington met with Chris reviewed the paper work and gave him the go ahead to get the vehicle. Chris was a great help and made the experience a pleasant experience. I also have to give some credit to Vince Dillon what worked with me and Chris. More

Excellent Customer Service at Flemington BMW Yesterday, I leased my 4th BMW in a row, the second at Flemington BMW. Everyone from reception to the technicians, managers, client advisers and valets are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great Place Great People Great Products This was how I got my 335i GT: I was home on a Sunday night searching for Flemington BMW inventory, found a white GT with black leather, chat online w This was how I got my 335i GT: I was home on a Sunday night searching for Flemington BMW inventory, found a white GT with black leather, chat online with a person for more details, received an email from a sales representative, made an appoinintment, came in to the dealership 2 days later, saw the car in person, didn't like it, wanted red interior leather instead, no problem, sales advisor searched BMW data and found one GT exactly how I wanted it, car reached the port a week and a half later, got a call, returned to dealership, drove off happily with a new 335GT, white color, red leather, all packages that I wanted. Flawless. Everyone was nice, professional, and not acted like a typical salesman. Will definitely become a regular customer there. More

Second BMW purchase from Flemington BMW I'd long avoided the BMW dealership experience, fearing both the cost and the much aligned "stealership" mentality. In my first trip to Flemington I'd long avoided the BMW dealership experience, fearing both the cost and the much aligned "stealership" mentality. In my first trip to Flemington BMW, I walked away with a completely different perspective. They're patient, fair, and most importantly, focused on getting me the car I wanted (and that I came to see). They didn't try to upsell or bait and switch. Internet pricing was fair, and unlike others, there were no pricing surprises. Vince sold me the car, and remained friendly every time he'd see me when I came back in for regular service. Fast forward three years later. I no longer lived in Flemingto, but when I saw the car I wanted, I drove 3+ hours to this dealership. The price was fair (less than a similar car I'd seen at my local,dealership), the customer service stellar (this time with Bill. Vince stopped by to say hello and we chatted for 5-10). Absolutely no pressure sale...and again, they got me the car I came in to see. Finance with Becky was smooth both times. And the title folks are helpful (they'll even save me an out of state visit to the DMV). When it's time for another, I'll be back. More
