I am a petite 5" older woman who can drive a larger car but prefer to drive a smaller car. I am not a fan of sedans and prefer a smaller SUV. Ted listen to me and told me he thought he had a car that would be to my liking. He explained BMW had a smaller Series 1 with low mileage and he could have it the next day for me to inspect. The minute I got in that car, I knew it was the right one for me. All my friends and relatives love this car. Thank you, Ted, for listening to my needs and fulfilling them. More

From the greeting from Trini when I pull in, to the sign in and check out process at the desk, everything is done with a smile and a welcome.
