My experiences with the service department have been exceptional. I had previous experience with a different BMW service department which was horrendous. Flemington has been just the opposite. From the greeting from Trini when I pull in, to the sign in and check out process at the desk, everything is done with a smile and a welcome. Most recently Dana Claxton was my service adviser and she was excellent in her communication and professionalism. More

Great Experience at Flemington BMW I was hoping to downsize from my 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 4-Matic to a BMW 440i Convertible and explored the BMW USA website accordingly. Ralph Delg I was hoping to downsize from my 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 4-Matic to a BMW 440i Convertible and explored the BMW USA website accordingly. Ralph Delgaudio quickly handled the web enquiry and coordinated my visit to the showroom at which time I had the pleasure of working Chris Leahy to secure the purchase of a 2018 BMW 540ix sedan after realizing I still needed the space of a larger car. Chris and sales manager Vince Dillon handled the E350 trade-in and 540ix purchase in a very professional and respectful manner. Noha Amin handled the closing documents quickly and professionally the next day. She provided great insight into the service and add-on options available.
