I would have to rate the dealership in two categories - sales and service. I tried to purchase a 2020 MDX Hybrid last August when they were just arriving from the factory. I had given the dealer a deposit sales and service. I tried to purchase a 2020 MDX Hybrid last August when they were just arriving from the factory. I had given the dealer a deposit for the car that arrived but the car was sold to someone else. I went to a dealership in Las Vegas and received great service and the car I wanted for less money. Bad experience with the Peoria sales department. As for the service department, I have had nothing but good service experiences. I had a 2009 MDX and they always made sure my car received the maintenance it needed. When my key fob needed a new battery, I stopped at the parts dept. and they replaced it for free!! Anytime there are available coupons, they give me the best deal. Vince was always my service contact but is now the service manager. He hates sitting in the office so he's out and about meeting customers and checking on the progress of your car's service. Today I met Brian Appleton and he was awesome! He was interested in my story with the sales department and thought I should receive the same benefits as a person who purchased their vehicle at Peoria Acura. How nice and great customer service. We all need kind and caring people in service professions and I had an exceptionally positive experience today. Thank you Brian and Vince!! More

I came in for help with replacement of a sensor and harness. Brian and Alex were extremely helpful and everything was done in a timely manner with good communication. Great experience. Had trouble starting. Suspected battery. Brought in without appt. Service manager had techs quickly diagnose battery and swap out. Whole appt was approx 45 min. The Acura of Peoria Service Department is exceptional and deserves a five-star rating. My last several cars were leased from Acura of Peoria, and I have always felt well-cared-for as an Acura Customer. Servi deserves a five-star rating. My last several cars were leased from Acura of Peoria, and I have always felt well-cared-for as an Acura Customer. Service is not an after-tnought with Acura. They place as much emphasis on servicing their cars as they do on selling them. Rest assured, when you buy or lease an Acura, you have the entire Acura organization, from the top down, on your side. They go out of their way to keep your vehicle in tiptop condition. And they are fair and reasonable in their repair charges. Chances are, if you maintain your Acura, you will never need repairs. I want to give a special shout out to the service department at Acura of Peoria. This service team is truly great! There is nothing they won’t do for their customers! I have always received excellent service from them, delivered in a timely manner. They are friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They take pride in their work, and it shows! Excellent customer service is more than a pretty slogan to them — it is a daily mission and a way of life. I know their service department members work long hours. Many of them spend more time with other team members and customers than with their own families. Yet they always greet their customers with a smile, and they go way out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I heartily recommend the Acura of Peoria service department.
