During a family crisis in needing a second vehicle, I called Vince and said I'm on my way to Catena and need a car. Vince was waiting for us at the door, was knowledgeable on all the makes and models called Vince and said I'm on my way to Catena and need a car. Vince made the process easy for me and I was able to wrap up a good chunk of the process without even being at the dealership.
