-UPDATE- Was contacted by Vince who put me in touch with Justin. Justin and I took my vehicle for a ride together and confirmed the issue. The repair was performed in one day and the vehicle runs corre with Justin. Justin and I took my vehicle for a ride together and confirmed the issue. The repair was performed in one day and the vehicle runs correctly now. Thank you Vince & Justin for your help. Was told the issue I was having was nonexistent spoke to the service manager who said he would get me scheduled in to take care of my issue and has not returned three messages I’ve left now over the last month. Continuously dismissed and not listened to despite having a service bulletin related to the direct issue I am having. More

Once again Vince Romano and his staff hit another home run! Greeted as I pulled in and the process was already underway. Still waiting for my refund of $100 copay that I was lied to about needing to pay. I was still under warranty and this location told me I wasn’t, made me pay $100 so they could break my motor and had to brin to about needing to pay. I was still under warranty and this location told me I wasn’t, made me pay $100 so they could break my motor and had to bring my car to the St Pete location to get fixed. Covered under warranty. I’m still looking to get a refund plus compensation for inconvenience from corporate. Everyone that attempted to rip me off at the Walker Ford Clearwater location needs to be fired. Dan Victory with his crack fund, and Vince for being an xxx. Don’t go to Clearwater Walker Ford, they will break your car and try to make you pay to fix it. St Pete Autonation Ford seems to be better, but I still have not got my car back or a refund so we will see. More
