I usually dread dealing with car dealerships and the games they play and time they waste. Eniezer was great, told him the car I wanted and we took it for a ride. I offered a fair price, after they accepted the finance guy got me in and out quick with no games also. At other dealerships I have had to walk out after thinking I bought a car because of all the added extras tacked on. This was not the case at elmwood dodge. Quick summary. I walked in and they had the exact car I was lookng for on the showroom floor. I offered a fair price for the car and they accepted with a minimum of time wasted. There was no sales pressure or "what do you want your payments to be" crap. I have no patience for games or people wasting my time. Great Job Eniezer ! More

This car dealership is not a typical dealership experience when you leave feeling like you got taken advantage of, Clearly the opposite here and certainly one of a kind!!! Customer service, quality of work, friendliness, price, and overall experience all receive 5 stars. While searching for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I interacted with several dealerships in the state of Rhode Island. Elmwood was recommended to me by a family friend and they could not have been any more correct on their recommendation. From my initial email interactions with James, to my walking through the door and finally out the door with my new vehicle, the entire experience was pleasant, professional, and fun! I worked with Nathan during negotiations and have to say he held his own. We worked together to come to an agreement on what we both wanted. I give him a lot of credit for hanging in there with me. Dennis was quite influential during the negotiation process as well. He heard me as a customer and did all that he could to seal the deal. Quite honestly, I am used to car dealerships being filled with trickery and other tactics that cause the car buying experience to be an unpleasant one. I never once felt that way during this experience. Victor assisted during the financial process, which can be a stressful time naturally. He made it quick and painless. Upon delivery of my vehicle, we encountered some minor paperwork details which Vincent assured me would be rectified in a timely manner and of course they were.
