I decided to lease a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I couldn't be happier. This is my first car that is in my name completely. Jay, the owner, was so accommodating and helpful, always making sure I was taken care of. Noel, my sales associate, was always available to me and answered all of my questions. The price and lease agreement was a great deal and reasonable for my needs. Everyone was so patient with me and made sure I understood everything and was comfortable. I could go on forever but Elmwood and all of its employees are great!! More

I felt I could trust them and they took the time to understand what I wanted in a vehicle. Great team I went to your dealership to 'just look", not expecting to find a vehicle or a great deal that I couldn't walk away from my first weekend shopping. Ha I went to your dealership to 'just look", not expecting to find a vehicle or a great deal that I couldn't walk away from my first weekend shopping. Harrison spotted us on the lot and offered his help immediately. He respected us when we said we were "just looking" and backed off, giving us the space too look around and see what we liked. When we were ready he took us right to his office to explore our options. We ended up test driving two vehicles and I fell in love with the second vehicle we test drove: the Dodge Journey. Long story short, Harrison listened to me and my concerns when we initially sat in his office. He got a great trade in for my old vehicle and helped to get the best deal we could on the Journey, making it incredibly hard to walk away from. So my "just looking" surprisingly turned into a "just purchased!" :-D Vinnie was also great with the financing. I was convinced I was going to finance through my credit union because they had a great low rate that I thought nobody could beet. He was able to get me a better rate than my credit union and keep the monthly payments as low as I was hoping for! All in all I'd say you have a great Team! Thank you!! More
