Richard and Dennis are friendly, attentive and helpful through the entire purchasing process. Jimmy and Joe in Service are the best you'll ever work with. Vincent is very professional obtaining financing that is commensurate with a credit rating and affordable within a budget. I've been trading in and buying new cars/SUVs for a number of years with Elmwood and I'll never go anywhere else for a vehicle. The Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep high performance line has always been something that I've appreciated but what will keep me loyal is Elmwood. One of the biggest fears of buying a vehicle is what happens if there's a problem. From my experience, Elmwood will make right. This place is the best! BTW... I've mentioned some of the people I work with directly but the entire Elmwood staff is a top notch customer service group. Friendly, professional and considerate. More

Buying from Elmwood was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. When I came in for a test drive they did not have exactly what I was looking for but I took one of their trucks for experiences that I have ever had. When I came in for a test drive they did not have exactly what I was looking for but I took one of their trucks for a ride anyway. When I returned from the test drive there was no pressure to buy anything right then and they even encouraged me to wait and special order exactly the truck I wanted. After shopping around for a couple weeks for the truck I was going to order I came back to Elmwood and within 10 minutes of specking out the truck we were in agreement on price and my trade in value without the long drawn out process that usually accompanies buying a new car. More

Because of a bad experience purchasing my previous car, I was nervous about making such a huge purchase and Richard made me feel at ease and confident that I got a good price. Vinny also worked with me to keep the payments under my maximum -- he did it by 25 cents but he did it! Pick up day was also an easy process. Overall the best experience I've had purchasing a car. It is no wonder Richard had so many plaques... he deserved them. Friendly, upbeat and a great sense of humor. :) Thank you! Every car buyer should give up all other brands and shop only at Elmwood Dodge. After trying numerous Dodge dealers in the greater Worcester area we took a chance and drove to East Providence to look at a D only at Elmwood Dodge. After trying numerous Dodge dealers in the greater Worcester area we took a chance and drove to East Providence to look at a Dodge Charger. Right from the initial interaction you could tell the experience was going to be better than the rest. Noel knew his product and was genuine from the start. We worked a deal that was respectful to us as buyers and received a favorable trade price. The buying experience was fantastic so I worried about the financing which was unnecessary. Vin Asermely was friendly and exerted zero pressure to add anything to the sale. While in the finance office we met the owner, who later introduced us to his wife who stopped by for a visit. Not only was our experience with Noel in Sales and Vin in finance wonderful, but the entire Elmwood team was friendly. As we were leaving with a spectacular 2013 Dodge Charger r/t plus Noel hugged us and congratulated us and Vin rushed out to say goodbye and hug us too. Car buying is stressful but it doesn't need to be, shop at Elmwood Dodge and you'll never shop anywhere else. More
