Overall the customer service was so good, I walked out with a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that same day. I worked with Nathan Amaral which he was very professional as well very humble and honest which he made the experience better and less stressful. The person that really got my attention and knew what I wanted as well was Vincent Asermely (Vinny!). He treated me like a son and was very straight forward and honest from the beginning all the way through the end. I recommend any person to go and purchase from this dealership!! I would like to thank all the employees that helped me with the process but most specially Vinny and Nathan. Up to this day Nathan keeps on following through with his customer experience and adding much more to the experience of purchasing a vehicle. This is my first Jeep and I am in love with the car... a whole new different experience coming from an Infiniti G37. Hope Elmwood take care and compensate their employees for a job well done! More

ALL of the sales staff made their way to us to say hello and have a brief chat. Even in the moments when we were alone- awaiting something, a nearby staffer would engage us in conversation, We were made to feel like we were "red carpet people." From the salesman, Marc, to Dennis the sales manager, to Victor and Vinnie from the finance office to the phone receptionist and the "back room folks" we have never been treated so well at a dealership. Between my wife and I, we have purchased 16 vehicles over our lives. By far this was the best experience at a dealership. That list includes a previous purchase from a family friend who was a salesman. More
