I was pleased that the service could be done in my appointment time. I was pleased that it did not take very long to complete. I have a concern about Heiser following the CDC guidelines to keep customers safe during the Corona virus pandemic. I saw a few technicians using masks. Vincent went to my vehicle to get mileage information and entered it without a mask and without gloves. I make sure my vehicle is clean and disinfected. When I was paying my bill the woman who was taking care of my payment sneezed outright. I cannot remember her name. She did not sneeze into her elbow or arm or hand. She just let it go. She did apologize. She was not wearing a mask. Thankfully I had my own mask on that covered my face. Hopefully it provided some protection. I am a senior. I am wondering why you are not requiring your employees to follow guidelines to prevent the transmission of Covid 19 to customers? Especially those at the service desk and front desk. Remember some people are asymptomatic and have no idea they are carriers of the virus. I know that you are working on cars and it's a dirty job but front line employees should be using masks and gloves when they enter a persons vehicle. Masks should be used when a person is dealing with the individual who takes care of payment. Please review your protocol regarding proper PPE. The vehicles that you work on are the customers personal property. The customer should feel safe. Otherwise everything was fine. Thank you. More

Unsatisfactory I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander and the service tech did not correct my issue. I'm still experiencing issues with my front sensors on this new vehicle I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander and the service tech did not correct my issue. I'm still experiencing issues with my front sensors on this new vehicle and there is a noise at the rear end of this truck. I have an extended warranty plan on my truck and it appears that this is a waste of my money spending extra dollars on my car which is not helping me at all. I feel that the technicians did a poor job and the manager -Vincent did not do anything to further assist in this matter. I have bought my previous vehicle from Toyota but have not never experience such poor service. More

Messy Oil Change, TPMS not reading I have always had great service at Heiser Toyota, This time I'm not sure what happened. Saturday after I got home, I walked past the front of my truc I have always had great service at Heiser Toyota, This time I'm not sure what happened. Saturday after I got home, I walked past the front of my truck, I could smell a hint of oil burning. So I popped the hood, there was oil allover the engine cover, with puddles in the indentations. I took pictures and removed the cover and cleaned it up. Also noticed that the TPMS wasn't reading on the dash, when I ran through the menus. More
