We ordered our car and Vinny kept us up-to-date on every single thing. They provided us a loaner while we waited for our vehicle to come in, which most dealerships do not do. Vincent was our salesman and was very helpful in getting everything done during a difficult winter storm. I'm told that most used cars do not come with a secondary key for the vehicle. I do however believe everything done during a difficult winter storm. I'm told that most used cars do not come with a secondary key for the vehicle. I do however believe that for the cost of the vehicle a dealership should get that done for every used car on the lot. It's just good customer service.
