They went above and beyond We purchased a 2013 Mazda CX9 from NorthPenn and the car had some issue that no one was aware of. Northpenn picked the car up and left a loaner and le We purchased a 2013 Mazda CX9 from NorthPenn and the car had some issue that no one was aware of. Northpenn picked the car up and left a loaner and let us keep the loaner or almost a month until the situation was resolved and another used CX9 was found. Great job! More

Just bought a CX-5 We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety featur We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer. More
