Salesperson was nice but 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time. Finance was easy because it was mostly electronic however I found a $835 charge for “Lux care”that I wasn’t told about. scheduled appointment time. If I could make it zero I would. Magically my prepaid service package does not apply. This was my 3rd time getting an oil change & was asked if I wanted "15,000 mile service".
