Great experience Virgil was so great to wok with. We laughed a lot and he asked questions to get to know me. After looking at some cars he said he had another car tha Virgil was so great to wok with. We laughed a lot and he asked questions to get to know me. After looking at some cars he said he had another car that he knew i would love. He was right. The white and red Kia in the showroom was it! Amazing Service My wife and I recently stopped by Universal Kia in Nashville, Tn and we couldn't believe how well we were takin care of by them. We are so use to deal My wife and I recently stopped by Universal Kia in Nashville, Tn and we couldn't believe how well we were takin care of by them. We are so use to dealerships not being honest or just pushy. Jim the general manager and Virgil the salesmen went above and beyond our expectations. So much so them took the time to walk around the lot to help us find the vehicle we were looking for in the pouring down rain. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. More
