I am always hesitant to go into a dealership to get my car serviced but this time it was straight to the point! They told me what I needed, how much it would cost, and that was that! I felt well informed! car serviced but this time it was straight to the point! They told me what I needed, how much it would cost, and that was that! I felt well informed! Usually I feel taken advantage of but not this time, I felt like they knew exactly what my car needed and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. I have been going to HBNRH since 2006. It is the only place I will take or buy a car. I have known Jason in service all this time and he was superb. V is just as wonderful as Jason. The interior was damaged, sometimes the speakers sound bad like if they were plugged in incorrectly, and the dealer only paid Uber for one way (6 miles to home). Excellent customer service from every department. I am greeted when I bring my car to the check-in point. I am immediately addressed by an associate. They always review everything thoroughly, including cost, and time for service. If I ask for a print out of something pertaining to my car, they always provide it for me. More

2 points, 1 i had an appointment and was on time then told there was a back up of 2 to 3 hours , after waiting 2 hours i find out your shop did not carry the parts needed to do a brake job on my car , . told there was a back up of 2 to 3 hours , after waiting 2 hours i find out your shop did not carry the parts needed to do a brake job on my car , . they offered to order from auto zone, but didnt know if the brake pads were ceramic or not. so the service lady is researching the items and will call me during the week. 2nd point , i had ordered replacement light bulbs for my dash and paid up front, they were to contact me when they came in. since i was at your shop for my brakes i went to check on the status of the liht bulbs, after about 15 minutes searchin on the computer, the gentleman went in the back and ta da they had been in for a while, but no one reached out to notify me. NOTE, this is stupid you email me a survey and then want to send me an email to verify its me ? seriously ? More
