After this last experience I will never bring my car and spend my money at this establishment. I went in to get my oil change service and they did an express multi point inspection and claimed to find i nee spend my money at this establishment. I went in to get my oil change service and they did an express multi point inspection and claimed to find i needed two things fixed. I decline to fix them then but decided to get them done when I came back a week later to get my windows fixed as two of them would mot roll down. Mind you when I left after my oil change all my windows miraculously worked- but i still came back a week later. They did a diagnosis on my windows and decided i needed a new window switch. They did another multi point inspection and found i now also needed a new belt and something in engine was torn. I talked with my service lady Vivianna about how it didnt make sense that these new items were not found on my previous inspection a week earlier. She stated it was because they did an express multi point inspection. I voiced my displeasure at this but still decided that a week later when my window switch would be in I would get all three things fixed. I came back and they fixed all three things. Then a few days later my window stopped working again so I came in and they gave me a free diagnosis since it would be under warranty but this time they determined it might be either a window motor or regulator. They were unable to tell as they could fix one (the motor) and if that didn’t work then they would have to fix the regulator. They first said it was the switch and fixed that. All this money spent on things for it to not be fixed. Not only that but each time my expected finish time was not met and I had to reach out to find out what was going on with my car- that is bad customer service. Mind you I had made appointments for each of the three consecutive visits I made! When they told me they would have to fix the motor and if that didnt work then the regulator after telling me after the diagnosis test it was a window switch and having me fork out all that money I decided at that moment I wanted nothing to do with this shop and am taking my business forever elsewhere. Poor customer service and you don’t get to fix something and then all of a sudden it stops working a few days later (less than 40 miles later) and now its a new problem. I am not okay with that. I spent thousands of dollars for nothing. Such a money grab and I am no longer going to put up with it. If I could give zero stars I would. All my honda friends are being steered clear of here going forward. More

Honest, professional, did the work well at an appropriate price. Viviana is great, and I really appreciate the shuttle service from/back to the dealer. When I first brought my car in, my regular Service Rep was gone on vacation. So Clayton, was going to help me out that day, but it was going to take the next day to get started on it because I brought th was gone on vacation. So Clayton, was going to help me out that day, but it was going to take the next day to get started on it because I brought the car in late that first day and I understood that. So I was told by Viviana Saenz, that she would contact me first thing in the morning the next day on the progress of the repair. Well, by 1pm, I hadn't heard a word from her, or anyone else, so "I" called in and she wouldn't answer her phone and was bumped over to Tony. Well, at least someone was helping me now, but now I lost a half a day and was told my car couldn't be ready that day, so since it was late in the day I had to scramble to rent a car so I could get to work to work that night. Oh, by the way, Viviana Saenz, NEVER EVEN reached out to let me know the status of my car. And Clayton, put his hopes on her to help him with his customer. So now the next day Clayton Einck, called me for the bad news about my car repair process and then at least my car was on it's way to being fixed. So now two days have been wasted, no thanks to Viviana Saenz... What a worthless Service Rep. So now Clayton, got the ball rolling and Thanks goodness by Tuesday 5 days later, my normal Service Rep, Benito, had returned from vacation, and he and Clayton worked together to get my car back to me after 7 days of working on it. Now, After all that, I need to bring the car back because, since it's a Civic Hybrid, the hybrid part doesn't kick in and work. The IMA battery is good and charging, but won't take over when I stop and a light. More
