Hello Lois, We strive to wow our guests with excellent car-buying experiences and it is disappointing to see that your visit did not meet that standard. WE apologize that whomever you left messages with after the time of your purchase did not call you back. WE have shared your feedback with our sales staff. At the time of your call on Monday, we only had one manager on duty and our receptionist relayed your concerns to him so that he could address your issue right away while he was working with employees at his desk and was not available to speak to you at that time. We understand your frustration that the previous owner was not removed from the Kia Connect system as that should have taken place before your purchase. We understand that your son deactivated that on your end. However, that doesn't affect the account on file with Kia. In order to remove the previous owner so you can set-up an account for your vehicle, it has to be deactivated on our end with Kia. Have you been able to set-up Kia Connect now?

Angry customer responded

No I have not! And now it screwed up my car even worse as I have told my sales guy via text message. I now can’t use my gps at all. When I use my phone there is no sound so trying to follow directions is very hard when going somewhere I have never been and in traffic. I am driver #2 not #1 The sales person stopped responding to my text messages as I know I was extremely upset. I am going thru the divorce from xxxx and just didn’t need any of this on top of all of that! I am trying to work as well as move out of the house and a dangerous situation. So, I am very much on edge. I don’t have a lot of time to mess around with this and NO time to sit at a dealership while someone tries to figure this out. I’m sorry for being so short with all of you but, I was extremely upset when your receptionist took it upon herself to talk to someone and I couldn’t be the one to speak for myself. If they were busy then I could get a call back. Now my car is worse and this should be a great experience getting a new car especially since this is exactly the color I was looking for. You need to remember I had trouble before the car even came!!!

I didn’t come in and it took three people to straighten out the computer in my car. I was there for quite some time. I can’t remember exactly how long now. It’s been quite some time and I had surgery in between then. There’s still a little bit of tweaking. I would like to have done on it but, it is so much better than it was before and I can actually use my car. I can use the GPS and the people that are driving me places since my surgery can actually use, the items on the car. The people that helped me were very nice. Like I said it’s been sometime, so I don’t remember their names right now and I feel badly about that because they were very helpful and very kind. In fact I was so overwhelmed when it actually worked and I could use my car. It brought me to tears because I was so frustrated with this whole thing. It’s really too bad that the whole thing really happened like that . Buying a new car should be just an all-around wonderful experience. Not a frustrating experience.
