9.5 satisfied with service I came in for an oil & filter change and to have a DRL bulb replaced. Very satisfied with service but once I got home I realized I had a center cap mi I came in for an oil & filter change and to have a DRL bulb replaced. Very satisfied with service but once I got home I realized I had a center cap missing on my rear driver side wheel. I called and asked had it been forgotten to be replaced back on or had it been found. The service advisor called to say they checked the video and indeed all my centre caps where on my wheels yet they could not take responsibility because they didn't remove or rotate my tires. I then asked if that was part of the oil change the advisor replied yes but didn't rotate my tires as the tread looked even on all four tires. So I was disappointed to say the least... More

Really...a VW Cadillac I was was looking for a newer Beetle as a trade for my older 2002 which still ran great. It was a hard search to find something that drove like my tu I was was looking for a newer Beetle as a trade for my older 2002 which still ran great. It was a hard search to find something that drove like my turbo manual shift, newer for obvious reasons and affordable. Delaware Cadillac had just one and that one was enough. The car wasn't all frills but handled better than more expensive ones I had test drove. Mike Cassidy , a Beetle owner himself, was the right man for the job. We exchanged pro and con views of what I had and what I was missing. He took me on the most extensive test drove I ever was on....which ultimately sealed the deal. I wasn't prepared to deal THAT day but I (with the help of a good supporting crew) signed off on it no more than 3 hours later. Mike...thumbs UP for effort ! More
