Horrible. Gave a quote on a Tundra. Confirmed appointment after 8 the night before. Arrived on time for the appt. and found out they sold the truck the night b Gave a quote on a Tundra. Confirmed appointment after 8 the night before. Arrived on time for the appt. and found out they sold the truck the night before out from under us. Spent 4 hours trying to get us to purchase a color we didn’t want, they weren’t honoring the quote and kept producing numbers for the vehicle we didn’t want. Kept asking to have Catonsville send over a truck matching the original one we received the quote on and they ignored our requests forcing us to drive further to Heritage Toyota Catonsville to get the truck we wanted. Hopefully they have better customer service in Catonsville. More
