On the first occasion, Wayne referred us to James Hopkins, who was and is an outstanding, caring and professional service coordinator for our Towncar and Escape. We purchased the new 2009 Escape from Wayne. Wayne was on both occasions, friendly, helpful and super efficient. He supported us in every aspect of the deal, from showing and demonstrating the car to escorting us to Anthony Snyder in finance department, assisting us in removing our personal effects from our trade-in, introducing us to the 'my Ford" technician, Jimmie Mathews, and placing our personal tags on the car when they arrived. The Tutman experience was well beyond any experience I've ever had at any dealership. I could tell he was really there for us. And the sync class by Jimmie Mathews was very through and answered questions I didn't even know I had. Overall it was a very memorable experience and look forward to returning. More

Again it was an enjoyable experience. Jimmie Mathews showed me Fordsync and how the computer in the truck worked. Very helpful, extremely knowlegeable with all aspects of the functions the truck offers me. My overall experience was amazing, I was impressed with the professionalism, honesty and dedication to get the process to move along at a good pace. I would recommend 5 star ford to others. More
