I/we know that we are going to get a fair deal and great follow up service. I never feel like I have to psych myself up to play the "car buying game" that I've felt at other dealerships. He works hard to find exactly what I'm looking for at exactly the price I can pay. In fact, I just helped both my daughters get vehicles and one is in a brand new Escape for lower payments than she expected to pay for a used car and the other said $300 was her max and rolled out of their for considerably less in a vehicle 7 years newer than she had going in. I totally trust 5 Star NRH and will always buy from them! More

Both Wayne and Jim were so friendly, informative, and most importantly not Literally, like the title states- the most easy car buying experience ever! Both Wayne and Jim were so friendly, informative, and most importantly not pushy! That's my biggest pet peeve when buying a car, and both gentlemen were not pushy! I loved how they gave me honest answers and valued integrity. It truly is a dealership based on Christian values and is like a family. But that feeling changed when we met our great salesman Wayne Biggers. He assured us that they would be able to find us something we could get into and be able to afford. I think we may have been at the dealership a total of an hour, doing our credit app, to looking at our credit, finding a vehicle and doing the paperwork! That was it, amazing, quick and easy.
