Excellent facility and customer service. John is very knowledgeable, friendly and on top of things. He knew my taste within a few minutes of conversation. Made the process very easy. CROWN BUICK GMC did service for me after Saturn close. I was very happy with the service dept.. When it was time to replace my Saturn. I did not care to try any other dealer.
