Buying a new QX60 Everything went great. My salesperson was Wendell Collins. He did a very good job on showing and telling me the benefits. Also following up during Everything went great. My Salesman My experience at Roswell Infiniti, turned out to be extremely pleasant!! I traded in my Jeep of 16 years & that was emotional for me...I wasn’t sure i My experience at Roswell Infiniti, turned out to be extremely pleasant!! I traded in my Jeep of 16 years & that was emotional for me...I wasn’t sure it was the right decision, however, my sales associate, Wendell Collins & the entire staff were patient & understanding.. Wendell made the process fun & special for me! He went through every detail on my new 2017QX50, which by the way, is a fantastic car; needless to say I love my new ride & I am delighted to say, I would recommend Roswell Infiniti to my family & friends!! More

Not quite great, but pretty good overall Kristen Chernik is the reason I bought here....smart, classy, honest. Wendell Collins also was the right choice for her to refer me to once she got me there.....humorous and laid back style was best for me. When Kristen couldn't get approval to beat/match the deal that Nalley gave me IN WRITING (which I supplied to Roswell), she said so nicely....then suggest the FWD off short lease QX50 I subsequently bought. THE only significant complaint was Wendell's line that--for used cars Roswell had decided the CarMax (king of used cars) pricing model was best.....one "low" price that in theory wasn't negotiable THE PROBLEM was that Roswell has decided a hidden (now infamous business-wide), DEALER PREP fee of $600 must be added after you think you've both agreed on the deal...sorry, that's slimy! Then of course the standard answer,,,,sorry, but legally we must treat all customers the same,,,,prep fee for everyone.....which of course was easily fixed by reducing the sales price.....a worn out story Nalley used too of course. The final issue was that once I came in to finalize the deal and pay, (and no doubt Wendell had passed along to Mr. Finance that I was ADAMANTLY against hearing any sales pitches for Scotchgarding, overcoating, undercoating, extended warranties, etc.) I was required to sit around for 45 minutes while Mr. Finance worked on two other customers who were better candidates for selling add-ons than I was. If I hadn't "released" my wife to drive home to Jasper without me I think I would have said either deliver the car there or make me a firm appt. with Mr. Finance later in the week when I'm back in town for other business. More
