Not a Pleasant Experience This Time As a repeat customer, of over 20 years I expected to be treated the way I had been in the past It unfortunately was not a stellar experience this tim As a repeat customer, of over 20 years I expected to be treated the way I had been in the past It unfortunately was not a stellar experience this time. I'm disappointed in this formerly excellent dealership. I would not recommend them without reservation as I have done many times n the past. However, the service department and finance department are great and I will continue to have my car serviced here. In the past, they had distinguished themselves as a cut above usual car dealers and delivered an excellent buying experience . They missed the mark this time. In the future, I hope they change the way they interact with customers who have questions and concerns. More

Worst experience ever I would advise everyone to stay away from this dealership. While car shopping online I came across a Volvo XC 60 that was located at Roswell Infiniti I would advise everyone to stay away from this dealership. While car shopping online I came across a Volvo XC 60 that was located at Roswell Infiniti, I contacted the sale department to ensure the car was still there. The sale rep confirm that the vehicle was still available and sitting on the lot this was at 1:00 pm. After driving 2 hour to the dealership we arrival to find out that the car had been on a test driver since 8:00 am, after they confirm earlier that the car was on the lot. The sale rep did not know when the vehicle was expected back. That wasn’t too big of a deal because there were a few other cars in the area that we wanted to check out. After checking out the other cars we contact Roswell to see if the car was back from the test driver which it was. After test driving the car we decided that we wanting to purchase the vehicle. We explain to the sale rep that we already had per approve financing for a certain amount from out credit union, which he state wasn’t a problem because we not far off from the asking price. During the processing of paper work he kept on suggesting that we finance the car through Roswell, which we kept on declining. After completing the majority of the paperwork he told us that the price was nonnegotiable and being that it was after 5 pm on Friday we were unable to contact our credit union to adjust the amount of preappoval. We spoke to the sale manage to explain to him the situation and ask if they would be willing to hold the car until Monday at which time we could contact our credit union. He refuse stating that the only option was to finance the car through them to because they would not hold the car for the weekend. We understood the car was sold as buy as is because it was used but we also ask if a completed inspection was done on the vehicle which they confirm. After owning the car for less than a week it start making a strange normal noise while steering. We took it to a local Volvo Dealership to find out that the car need 2 front axles which cost 1000.00 a piece to replace. I contact Roswell Infiniti to be told that the car was sold as is and that they only do inspection for Infiniti vehicle only . If that was explain up front we would not have purchase the Vehicle from them. We also purchase the poly steel package and it took several calls and emails over a 6 months period to have apply the protection to the car. When we got the car back from the detail shop at Infiniti the car was cover with white spot and the Volvo decal was missing. I contact them again to be told that there was nothing they could do because it was not cause by their detail shop, More

Buying a new QX60 Everything went great. My salesperson was Wendell Collins. He did a very good job on showing and telling me the benefits. Also following up during Everything went great. My Salesman My experience at Roswell Infiniti, turned out to be extremely pleasant!! I traded in my Jeep of 16 years & that was emotional for me...I wasn’t sure i My experience at Roswell Infiniti, turned out to be extremely pleasant!! I traded in my Jeep of 16 years & that was emotional for me...I wasn’t sure it was the right decision, however, my sales associate, Wendell Collins & the entire staff were patient & understanding.. Wendell made the process fun & special for me! He went through every detail on my new 2017QX50, which by the way, is a fantastic car; needless to say I love my new ride & I am delighted to say, I would recommend Roswell Infiniti to my family & friends!! More
