Wendell and his team took great care of me! I called on a Friday, got in the following Monday, had a diagnosis on Tuesday, and got it back the following Wednesday after ordering parts and major I called on a Friday, got in the following Monday, had a diagnosis on Tuesday, and got it back the following Wednesday after ordering parts and major repairs. I also had rear brakes replaced and they worked with me on the cost of labor. When I went to pay out, the clerk thought to check if I had Ford bucks saved up and I had more than enough to cover the brake job. Everything else was under warranty. The 4x4 was out. Motor at transfer case was replaced. 4x4 was still not working. It wasn't the motor.
