Great Dealership All Around This was my first time buying a car. Given that, it is already stressful buying a car having it be my first time piled on some extra stress. This was the first dealership I went to after seeing a particular car online. We walked in and immediately warmly greeted and given water bottles and began to chat. The employee I worked with was Wes Gallegos, whom I highly recommend. He immediately brought up the car I had seen online to test drive. I didn't want to go with my first thing so we walked around the lot asking about car after car. Wes was extremely helpful and patient. He was also able to give great suggestions and had extensive knowledge on a variety of brands I was considering. I loved the car I saw online and test drove but was always told not to just look at one place. So following what I had heard I left with the car still stuck in my head to head to another dealership. Once we arrived at the next dealership I couldn't shake the feeling that I needed to go back to The Dean Team Ballwin. Everything about the experience felt right, so I headed back and knew that was the car for me. Wes was very open to hearing what I could afford and how to make that work with the price as well as tolerating my family and I bickering throughout the whole process. The car is now in my driveway and I couldn't be happier with the experience all around. From the friendly service, to the amazing amount of patience, variety and number of cars (new and used) and what packages the dealership could offered I can say I can't imagine having bought elsewhere. I highly recommend this dealership as well as the salesman I worked with. While I'm thrilled with my new car I know where I'll be headed when its time for a new one years down the road. More

He made us feel welcome and explained the various aspects of the Forrester. He answered all of our questions and gave us a fairly good deal on our trade. Dustin completed the finance portion of this transaction in a very efficient and friendly manner. We would recommend Wes Gallegos, Dustin Westhoff, and Dean Team Subaru for any Subaru transactions. Wes was AWESOME! Rick, Paul & Carl were reat too! I'd been window shopping for Subarus for a couple of decades so I knew I'd want either a Legacy Wagon (manual) or an Outback Wagon (manual). I felt led to call the Dean Team after talking to a friend who had made a purchase from there recently. Wes Gallegos was so friendly and patient. He searched very hard for what I wanted. Low and behold! He found me one with the right options and color used which I found better than the newer ones on his lot. I couldn't have even specified any better beforehand. Wes patiently showed me as much as possible about the car during our test-drive, answering all questions adroitly. He even gave me a fair price making my Kelly Blue Book research unnecessary Also also called me from his home to keep me updated!! He saw my phone needed charging before I did and offered his charger. When I wanted my wife to see the car on his off day he arranged for Paul Bierman to have the car available for us! My wife arrived first and was treated superbly by Paul. I'd finance concerns but Wes and Rick Richard (Finance Manager) made things happen for me. Carl Schaeffer was helpful and friendly in tracking down anyone not immediately available or just being hospitable.. Other Dean Team staff who thought I might need something offered to help when seeing me alone! Definitely the friendliest dealership in that part of town. They made me feel special. Even Phillip Dean the GM, made time to see me. You know how some dealership staff are sort of standoffish once you've signed the paperwork? Not Wes Gallegos and the others earlier mentioned. I see why the dealership was the best last year! I expect the Service Dept to also treat me right when the occasion demands Thanks Wes for everything - and also for the awesomely unexpected gift! Wow! More

Wonderful - Very happy with my purchase and the experience Wes was the sale rep that I dealt with and being an out of state buyer, he made it very easy. I did have a family member that was able to visit on site and test drive, but for the most part I was over the phone with Wes and he was very quick and responsive to any question I had. The vehicle itself was a 'slam dunk' purchase. Wes made sure that it was high quality and quick to respond with anything that I wasn't satisfied with (which wasn't a lot). Everyone on site was very nice and the service was very friendly. More

He did not push us into anything we did not want to do. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. this was the best experience buying a car ever. The car was clean and well explained by car facts. The deal went down very fast and easy. Rick was the finance person that wrote the paper work up. It did not even take 15 minutes. We are very pleased with the car and this dealer. More
