Smooth, informative transaction with my son's first car. Love this dealership! This is a small, hometown environment with the technology benefits of a much larger facility. Dave Paolino was constantly avail Love this dealership! This is a small, hometown environment with the technology benefits of a much larger facility. Dave Paolino was constantly available via text for those important questions and afterthoughts we all have when we return home. When Wes Tanner and I found the perfect used HONDA CRV EX via internet for my son nearly a month earlier than we were planning, Dave arranged to hold the car for us with a small deposit. Dave and I texted and e-mailed info. back and forth in preparation for the purchase which ultimately took 45 minutes, including gas fill-up and a little paint touch-up. I had arranged financing through AAA's Credit Union, but the finance representative was informative and efficient. After Dave paired my son's phone and performed a thorough demonstration of controls, my son drove away with that feeling we all remember with our first vehicle. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SULLIVAN AND THANK YOU DAVE!!! More

New Honda HR-V! Great experience! My husband and I were actually at another Honda dealership having a not so great experience when we received a call from Wes saying Great experience! I am so happy we decided to leave and come to Sullivan Honda! We met with Joe who gave us a much more reasonable offer. Joe was very friendly and straightforward right from the start. He wanted this same car and no dealer on Long Island had a 2017 Accord Hybrid .. I found this car and dealer through a website called car gurus.com. I contacted the dealer . Our salesman , Joseph Wilton, was very knowledgeable about the car. This particular car was the Touring edition and had extra features. He helped setting up the insurance. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The deal was more complicated because we live in NY and our bank closes early every day except Thursday so it took longer to set up the financing. Anyway, Joseph was there and provided every document that the bank wanted. The dealership was nice and clean. Joseph even helped us by printing our ferry tickets to get back to Long Island. I would definitely recommend Sullivan Honda to others. Thank you Joseph and also thanks to Wes. We are very happy. More
