Wes the internet guy and Howard the sales rep were ABSOLUTELY awesome! VERY professional! However, this was my son's 1st "new" car & 1st loan ever and I would've loved for the paperwork to have reflected his name FIRST and then mine second, as the cosigner (how it should be), but this request was firmly denied. Reason given: "it didn't matter." And this is why the rating is not a 5. Everything else went great! Thank you Wes and Howard! More

Let's just say he tolerated my frequent questions via text message promptly (even after hours) and always with a virtual smile! Rob Bates also made sure that everything flowed smoothly, including arranging pickup at the Hartford airport and transportation to the dealership! I was able to handle everything related to the sale of the car over the phone. The day we picked up the vehicle, Dave Paolino was tremendously helpful and thoroughly answered all questions. We have purchased many vehicles, in many states, over the years, and this was by far the easiest, and most professional, experience. Sullivan Honda is an awesome dealership! Highly recommend! More

Great Experience I recently bought a 2017 Accord Sport SE from Sullivan Honda in Torrington CT. The experience from end to end was very pleasurable. Al was very know I recently bought a 2017 Accord Sport SE from Sullivan Honda in Torrington CT. The experience from end to end was very pleasurable. Al was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He made the buying process easy and stress free. I have two other Honda dealers closer to me, but I am glad I went to Sullivan Honda to meet these guys. Well worth the trip.
