He is very personable and helpful. I returned today to complete the registration process, and he helped me out again with the electronics system/setting up my phone. Sullivan gave us a very fair trade-in value for our truck, and took care of paying off our loan, registration, and even called our insurance agent. Tim in finance was very thorough. My husband and I are hoping to bring our moms to Dave for their next cars. Overall an excellent experience! More

Wes was great communicating back and forth with me to confirm the vehicle was available and a convenient date and time for me to evaluate it. Upon arrival and meeting Wes, I was introduced to Sales Consultant Joe Kenney to find out more about the Prius and test drive the vehicle. Joe is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. At no time did Joe did make me feel pressured and seemed genuine, and helpful to meet my needs. I also wanted to see another Prius at one of their other dealerships a few miles away and Joe went the extra mile driving me there and locating the other vehicle for me to check out. The Sales Manager was friendly, no pressure and quick to evaluate my trade, and finalize my sales agreement for the Prius. I will definitely recommend the Sullivan Honda Sales Team and my experience with them to anyone looking for a new or great used vehicle. More

However, this was my son's 1st "new" car & 1st loan ever and I would've loved for the paperwork to have reflected his name FIRST and then mine second, as the cosigner (how it should be), but this request was firmly denied. Reason given: "it didn't matter." And this is why the rating is not a 5. Everything else went great! Thank you Wes and Howard! More
