I then reached out to Wes, who was extremely helpful with regards to keeping me updated on the availability of two different Civics that I was looking at. From there I dealt with Joe and Michael to view/test drive and run some numbers on the the vehicle in question. Tim was extremely helpful when it came to explaining the different financing options. Overall this dealership was extremely helpful and I can say that it made my first purchasing experience a very positive one. More

Cordial sales, no pressure, speedy process. I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific model, specific year, manual shift, so I did an online search and found a few dealers within driving range of central MA with the model and year I wanted, and Sullivan seemed to have the best price so I drove out the hour and a half to Torrington, took it for a ride with Dave, noted that it was certified and so had a year of warranty, asked them for their best price, they took my 15-year-old Echo with failing exhaust and 210,000 miles off my hands and gave me something for it as a trade-in; the dealership handled MA registration and sales tax and I gave them a check and drove back to MA before noon with the sharp little Honda Fit. More
