I then reached out to Wes, who was extremely helpful with regards to keeping me updated on the availability of two different Civics that I was looking at. From there I dealt with Joe and Michael to view/test drive and run some numbers on the the vehicle in question. Tim was extremely helpful when it came to explaining the different financing options. Overall this dealership was extremely helpful and I can say that it made my first purchasing experience a very positive one. More

Cordial sales, no pressure, speedy process. I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific I had never purchased a car from a dealer, as I typically hunt on Craigslist until I find what I'm looking for, but in this case I wanted a specific model, specific year, manual shift, so I did an online search and found a few dealers within driving range of central MA with the model and year I wanted, and Sullivan seemed to have the best price so I drove out the hour and a half to Torrington, took it for a ride with Dave, noted that it was certified and so had a year of warranty, asked them for their best price, they took my 15-year-old Echo with failing exhaust and 210,000 miles off my hands and gave me something for it as a trade-in; the dealership handled MA registration and sales tax and I gave them a check and drove back to MA before noon with the sharp little Honda Fit. More

He took his time with us and was a very warm person with lots of personality. Not your typical salesman that's for sure. I have purchased several new vehicles and I can count on one hand with plenty of room to spare the number of sales people I would go back and see again. Dave has made it to the short list. I began negotiating price point via email with Wes Tanner, and once I was satisfied with our negotiating,made the two hour trip to the dealership. Upon arrival with my daughter, we were greeted by David Paolino. We proceeded with a test drive, and his caring and attentiveness led me to sign the Purchase Agreement. They are friendly, relaxed, enthusiastic, and will work with you and do it happily. We traveled an hour just to get our truck from Sullivan Honda because the service was so good and I felt they were honest. I spoke to other dealerships and the sales people were apathetic, uncaring, unreliable and ready to go home. I knew that with Sullivan Honda they would work with us and be there for support even after the transaction was complete. Other dealers we've dealt with take your money and say adios. Real pros at this dealership, go here you will not be sorry!! If you live far it is worth the trip, customer service is priceless. Chris Brennan is a really great salesmen with the enthusiasm, honesty, and communication you want. Go ask for him Wes Tanner is very patient and communicative - I probably drove him nuts, but you couldn't even tell. That is pro service. More

Great dealership to work with when buying a new car I have purchased a new pilot and leased a crv from them. Each time I have asked for a quote via e-mail and each time they have given me a price that h I have purchased a new pilot and leased a crv from them. Each time I have asked for a quote via e-mail and each time they have given me a price that has been significantly better than my home town Honda. I recently helped my parents with negotiating a price on a new crv and Wes gave them a great price right away. Unlike most dealerships they don't waste your time on hours of negotiating they just give great prices up front. More
