Customer service cannot be topped From the greeting to being told not to hesitate to reach out if I need anything when leaving, Will Jones always makes me feel like an important custom From the greeting to being told not to hesitate to reach out if I need anything when leaving, Will Jones always makes me feel like an important customer. He has a great sense of humor, joking back with me when we arrived about a half hour early when we are usually just getting there on time or a couple of minutes late. He has excellent communication skills, keeping me abreast of what is going on. He works hard to make sure I am safe and happy. Although I moved far away from the dealership, I make the time to come back for my service because of the way I am treated. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reset settings that might be erased due to the work. For example, I had my battery replaced and my display was not as bright as it had been until I asked how to change it back, my radio station favorites are gone, and the clock was not displaying the right time. More

Maintenance and More Outstanding experience. Wil came out to great me at the drop off spot so I continued into showroom to get paperwork done by Caitlin who was very plea Outstanding experience.
