Thank you for taking the time to write your review, we are truly sorry we were unable to pass the vehicle for inspection due to the damage to the sidewall of the tire. Despite our dealership’s commitment to accommodate customer needs and request as much as possible, we were not able to without having a new or safe tire on the vehicle. The inspection manual is very clear on the damage to the sidewall of a tire failing the annual PA state inspection. As for the charges you incurred, our policy is that once the vehicle leaves the premises after a failed inspection, the inspection charge would need to be repaid as the inspection needs to be performed a second time. The reason for this is because if something happens after the car leaves the premises causing a component of the vehicle to be put into an unsafe condition and we don't reinspect the vehicle, it could be catastrophic for our customer. While we take pride in our customer service, we realize that we will have customers that are unhappy with our decisions. I did put the credit on your account as promised.
