My new HRV I returned to Ide for my 4th Honda lease. Will Galliher has worked with me on my last 2 leases. He is wonderful to work with, professional, friendly, I returned to Ide for my 4th Honda lease. Will Galliher has worked with me on my last 2 leases. He is wonderful to work with, professional, friendly, very helpful and adds a personal touch to the buying experience. This time I was looking for a different Honda model. Will patiently reviewed all the new technology on the HRV I choose. It's so nice to return and deal with famialar people. Ashley made the paperwork a breeze while be through with the forms. Will worked tirelessly on our behalf to see to it that all our requests for information and options were met. He personally produced and explained a variety of models for our consideration, acting quickly to do so on a very warm and busy day. And always with a smile and a friendly/helpful comment or explanation. Being a retired cso with lots of experience in the hiring and personnel arena, I found Scott Marinelli to be an employee who meets the gold standard for any company. He's the one who takes care of the customer's every need, concern and question with patience, expertise and a thoroughly positive attitude . He's the kind of employee who best represents the company. He makes the car shopping experience easier and builds a confident and positive view for the new IDE Honda customer.
